GBPPR 'Zine
You thought your secrets were safe.
You were wrong.

Straight from the labs of Green Bay Professional Packet Radio (GBPPR) comes our own attempt to retake the computer underground.  It is a time to overturn the lie-by-rule propaganda and stop the sensationalism.  It is also time to put down the video games and pick up some books.

We used to have a little hack/phreak magazine back in the early 1990s (called The Black Book / Cyber 'Zine) but got quite bored with it, due mostly to the destruction of the computer underground by all the lamers.  Hint: If your mommy buys your computer, this is not for you.

Well, we're trying to come back.  This online magazine will try to have original, hardcore, dirty, sweaty technical information written and explained by people who are actually educated - unlike just about every other "hacker" magazine out there.  You definitely WILL NOT FIND the following from us:

  • Pampered, whiny rich kids with computers.
  • Pampered, whiny rich kids who never worked a day in their life, attacking a McDonalds.
  • Anti-Capitalist MP3s playing on our new Apple iPods or under Microsoft Windows.
  • Delusional left-wing politics.
  • Elitist attitudes and extremely narrow-minded people.
  • Editorials from people who have never shovelled snow, walked in the woods, and think New York is the center of the world.
  • Speeches from rich rock stars who have never used a computer.  *cough* Jello Biafra *cough*
  • Sucking up to $2600 Magazine, the EFF, ACLU, etc.  THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!  WAKE UP PEOPLE!!
  • Pro-Communist drivel from trust fund babies and candy-asses.
  • Mindless diatribe from corporate sell-outs who sell free information.
  • Hacker "cons" with more t-shirt vendors than good speeches.
  • Kissing Kevin Mitnick's and other sell-out, script-kiddies butt.
  • Fake letters.
  • TinyPedoAds®
  • Our name on some dumb Hollywood get-rich-quick hacker movie.
  • 20+ year old KGB propaganda.
  • Hiding behind lawyers.
  • A LM386 in a cracker box.
  • A price tag.

If we ever do any of that, or even mention the word "blockbuster," then you know the world is about to end.

Also visit the official IIRG Labs Blog, Oberon's Rest, and Connecticut Survivalist Alliance Blog.  You'll love them!

You will need a newer version (6.0) of Adobe Reader to be able to handle these PDF files!

Assorted neat stuff.  Some from the Internet, some from local file collections.

Good Guys

  1. Anti-Slashdot  Help fight the group-think.  Imagine if Microsoft had all those 500 Server Errors!  Slashdot Nazi-mods also routinely delete comments from people who don't agree with their drivel and group-think.  So much for "digital rights".
  2. ProtestWarrior  Website for educated, rational thinkers.
  3. Free Republic  And another...
  4. Attrition.org  Old school hackers who do alot of original work.
  5. L0pht Heavy Industries Shrine  Mirror of some old L0pht archives & notes
  6. Slava Persion's Voltage Labs  Wayback Machine archive.
  7. Hackers '95  by Phon-E and R.F. Burns.  Note the Erik Bloodaxe interviews.  (90 MB WMV)
  8. Phrack, Inc.  The first 50 or so issues where amazing, then it started going down hill after erikb left.  The "Fake" Phrack is quite amusing also.  It was made by a group calling themselves the "Phrack High Council", who are fed up with the current Phrack staff.
  9. U.S. Army  Protecting OpenBSD developers since 1995.
  10. Conservative Punk  The Truth Has Nothing To Fear of Lies.
  11. Oliver Kamm  Good information on the Holocaust denier Noam Chomsky.

  15. The Packet Sniffers  Really good (and funny) hardware hacking TV show.
  16. Pallorium, Inc.  Steven Rambam's detective group.  "Found more war criminals in a few months than the RCMP did in 50 years."  Listen to his interview (ironically) at Beyond HOPE.
  17. The Minuteman Project  Help protect the borders.
  18. International Information Retrieval Guild (IIRG)  Lots of original hacker tools and information.

  26. The Freelance Bureau of Instigation
  27. Muslims Out Now

Bad Guys

  1. $2600 Magazine  Information wants to be $6.25 a month and stolen from a Google search.  Don't forget your t-shirt and stickers to fund my drug... er... to fight the man!
  2. Miserable Failure  Clueless, low-IQ, fat people dissing the military - only in America.
  3. Hacking Lounge  Please, make it stop...
  4. Temple of the Screaming Electron  must... kill... self... now...
  5. European Union  You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.  Except in Canada.
  6. Wired Magazine  Magazine for people who make $80,000 a year and complain about everything.
  7. Electronic Frontier Foundation  One of the biggest cons on the planet.  Makes up fake "rights" issues to get idiots to send them money.
  8. Hektik.org  There should be a stupid tax.
  9. United Nations  United Savages.  War lords stealing your food?  They don't care, as long as their BMWs and Mercedes cars are working.  Hitler: Lets hundreds of thousands people die = Evil.  Kofi Annan: Lets hundreds of thousands of people die = Standing Ovation.
  10. International Red Cross  Auschwitz: humane and acceptable living conditions.  Neutral?  No, die hard Nazis.
  11. Midwest 2600  The hacker embarrassment.
  12. American Civil Liberties Union  Suppresses freedom of speech and expression.  Destroyer of the Constitution and even the Boy Scouts!  No more Christmas for you!  Imagine if I stopped celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. day.  Thanks Democrats!  It's also a front for (Jewish) Communism.  UPDATE!  ACLU was caught red-handed altering the First Amendment!
  13. Art of Hacking  Selling free information, typical of selfish, rude, greedy, asshole Canadians.  How about going after those 2,000+ Nazi war criminals hiding in you country?
  14. Hack This Zine  This is what happens when AOLers watch too much T.V.  Take a subject, throw away all the facts, then print it.  Typical "get rich scheme" for the mind-numbing "hacker" scene.  Fighting capitalism with their shiny new computers (running Windows) and iPods!  LOL!
  15. Wikipedia  Encyclopedia for terrorists, murders, nut-cases, and history-revisionists.  If you believe anything on this site, kill yourself.
  16. Fugitive Watch  Christ people, fix your own damn countries and get out of ours.
  17. Retention of Data Processed in Connection with the Provision of Public Electronic Communication Service  Eurosavages have all their Internet traffic recorded, yet Manny Golddigger said on Off the Hook it's better to live "over there."  LOL!  (181k PDF)
  18. Hacker Voice Radio  A bunch of clueless idiots complaining that the media protrays "hackers" as clueless idiots.  I'm also going to kill everyone on their website.
  19. Digg.com  Yes, there are people in this world dumber than Slashdot posters.

"They have this myth that they are the cool guys and the cool guys always win over the suits.  But the fact is that they are half-socialized, post-adolescents with serious ethical and moral boundary problems."

--- Mike Godwin, a lawyer for the EFF, describing hackers on April 2, 1996.  Keep sending your money in little sheep.

You may copy, edit, steal, sell, reprint as you wish - no credits needed.  We're not selfish like $2600 Magazine.
